Rates
In order to provide quality treatment to each patient, the office uses rates that are usual and customary for the surrounding area. Counseling sessions range from $80 to $180 depending on the duration and type of service. We have tried to accommodate as many patients as possible; therefore, Susan is contracted with multiple insurance companies. Please don’t hesitate in contacting us to inquire about which companies we are currently contracted with; however, make sure to check with your insurance before making an appointment. Be advised that a verification of benefits from your insurance is not a guarantee of payment. At each visit every patient will receive a paper with the description of the services and the location where they are provided.


In thanks to our public service and military members for putting their lives on the line everyday to keep our communities and country safe, we offer discounted cash appointments this includes but is not limited to police officers & firefighters, as well as active & veterans of the armed forces. 

* Please note: The office is not accepting any patients who are in need of services involving Workers’ Compensation, disability or any court-ordered sessions.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards are accepted for payment.
** For patients facing financial hardship, payment arrangements and sliding fee scales can be utilized. If this service is something you are interested in, please speak with the provider prior to your appointment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified the office at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $50 no-show/late cancellation fee.
